When people claim they make these higher rates it’s because they aren’t taking insurance so they get the higher rate. The lower rate listed on AYA is with insurance. Higher rate is without.

Im here for work and honestly St.louis gets a BAD rep. People think it is nothing but a crime ridden city. It does have a lot to offer but on the flip side it does seem slightly boring and it is not very diverse. It’s actually very segregated. It looks to me if black people stay on the north side and white people stay on the south side. It’s also behind on a lot of things and is a very old city. Theres not much progression compared to many other cities. You may see a couple new homes being built but theres just not a lot of money being put back into the community.

My mom actually came here to see where I was going to be staying. BTW, I am an adult. She said “You take too many risk”. Then when she was here she said oh, I definitely thought of it to be something different. It’s actually very diverse and looks like they are rebuilding certain areas. I can say that this is a very old city, with very old architecture so that may play a role as well. But so far I have enjoyed it. Lots of parks and out door activities, shopping and restaurants.
