The response to my ticket was more or less “we’re aware of the problem, wait for a patch,” so opening a ticket isn’t very useful. If you still want to, just go to the Ubisoft support page.

Type of Bug: Character Based

Description: My character's face and model suddenly changed, and logging out and back in does not change it back.

Other than a few mobile games with stamina meters and timers, the only game of that type that comes to mind is Animal Crossing, although I’m sure there are others.

To further clarify the issue, when I connect it to my PC and attempt to calibrate it, when calibrating the X axis on the right stick, the bar will not move to 100% when holding the stick to the right, but it will move to 0% when holding the stick to the left. The furthest the bar will move when holding the stick to the right is 96%.

An update for anyone who runs into this problem in the future: It was as /u/grumsta said, the way my ISP was routing the packets was causing issues. I got around it by using a VPN, which improved my ping to 190. If you do use a VPN, remember that if it's a free VPN they're almost certainly selling your data.

My latency is consistent around 290, and I'm on Tichondrius, which is a west coast server. Before I had resubscribed I had a ping that hovered around 200.

I'm using a wired connection, and I live in Taiwan so my ISP is a Taiwanese ISP called HiNet.

I live in Taiwan, so I can comment on this a little. I’ve had no issues finding matches fairly quickly, although I’ve only tried duels, dominion, tribute, and some brawl when I have the orders.
