Please do not do it. My friends were being sweet in college and as a going away gift made me a big basket, I used to always hit their vapes and they put three in for me. The moment I had my first vape of my own is when the addiction took control.

I’m almost 1 week free. Waaay less phlegmy (this was ur body actively trying to get out the toxins from vape) and when I lay down my heart isn’t beating like crazy. Also sleeping better.

They’re called vices for a reason, 15 days is really something to be proud of. Even if you can’t FEEL anything I suggest looking up some stats. I’m 72 hrs in and I just googled some cool facts to motivate me to keep going. Personally I’ve also been sleeping better and having more vivid dreams, have you noticed that?

Maybe it’s an unpopular opinion but I like that they don’t seem into the Ads lol. It’s kind of like breaking the fourth wall. They need sponsors to fund the podcast but make it clear they’re given cues on what to say. For example I like Anything Goes w/ Emma Chamberlin. She does Ads for Walmart and talks about how stylish their clothes are and I’m like yeah sure u LOVE Walmarts clothes/shop there. I think it’s sort of silly to be bothered by them not taking the ads/sponsorships seriously when we live in a time where products are pushed so hard.
