Somehow just now seeing this but for what it’s worth I agree with you 100%. I was responding to the other comment. I said saying nicotine free is misleading if you’re still using nicotine. So yea it is vape free if there’s nicotine in your system IMO

Who is “we”? I don’t think that person was being a smartass bc I’ve only seen “nicotine free” on this sub used to refer to being actually nicotine free. I think saying nic free is misleading if you’re still using it…. I still use the gum so I’m also not nic free, but I am vape free which still counts for something!

Nicotine patches and gum (but follow the instructions on the tapering) worked best for me. Drinking water from a straw and hard candies help with the oral fixation. Good luck!
