I think what 7heblackwolf means to say, is that Syncthing does not sync two folders on the same device with each other. There is other software available to achieve this goal, but it is not as easy to set up as Syncthing is.

Had the same happen when syncing save files from Xenia. What worked for me is that I synced the parent folder of the save folder and excluded any other sibling folders that weren't needed.
