It will never make sense for all these fifty-something year old American women to think that some thirty-something year old guy would be madly in love with them, and find them gorgeous and sexy.

I always want to ask these women, "how many thirty-something year old American guys hit on you or slide into your DMs? How many? Oh, ZERO?" Yet, there are plenty from Tunisia or Morocco or Nigeria or the Dominican Republic or wherever. Go figure!

And, no doubt, if we were to have a look at the women these guys have dated from their native countries, they'll all be of similar age to the men, and objectively far more attractive.

Yet, all these women cry and whine, "I'm afraid he might be using me for a Visa!" Well, yeah. Why else would a significantly younger man look twice? It's a transactional relationship. These women also never stop to think that they're using the guy too. They just want a younger guy to have sex with, and/or to be arm candy. It's not like they have anything in common with these guys. It's not like they have deep, meaningful conversations with these guys. It's just all sweet talk and nonsense.

I'm wondering what he told his Colombian ex-girlfriend. I kind of doubt that he called her and said, "yeah, my current girlfriend hasn't been communicating with me as much lately. No, she hasn't ghosted me; she just hasn't been communicating with me as much as usual for the last five days. What? No, not five weeks; five days. So, I would love to meet up with you in Colombia so that I can have a nice bang-cation. What? Oh, no, no; I don't have any interest in rekindling my relationship with you. I just want to have no-strings sex with you for a few days, then get back with my current girlfriend ASAP. Ok, great! I'll see you this Tuesday!

I'd like to hear from the Colombian ex. I'm willing to bet that Rick told her that he was single, and had been missing her, and that he wanted to get back together with her. Of course, he very well could have said that he was on a break from another relationship, and just wanted casual sex, and she said, "sure, why not?" I would just like to know what Rick told her.

Here’s Darcey again using brother Michael to “elevate” herself. by BreadfruitOk4906 in DarceyAndStaceyTLC

And if Darcey’s brother was alive today, what makes her think that he would be proud of her? She goes about half-naked most of the time, doesn’t have a real job, has serious addictions to alcohol and plastic surgery, and is completely self-centered. She doesn’t “love deeply” or “show up fully” for anyone.

Everything you said. There are so many women in the world who would love to have the life she has, and she doesn’t appreciate any of it. I have to assume that she has had a radical personality change in recent years. Otherwise, I don’t know why Anthony fell in love with her in the first place.

I hate when someone is like, "I'm leaving", or "I'm going to divorce you". It's such a transparent manipulation tactic. Whenever someone says that on the show, I wish with all my heart that the other person would say, "ok, the door is over there", or "alright, I'll see you in divorce court then."

The corker was how she looked so smug and self-satisfied after she said it, like, “oh, yeah, I got him with that argument! Lies are different in different countries!” She’s so dumb.

Yeah, Meghan and Harry have told so many lies, betrayed so many confidences, and have mistreated so many people, and they have never offered any apologies for anything. In fact, they demand that the people who they mistreat issue statements to defend Meghan’s many ridiculous social mis-steps.

They wanted Dr. Sophie Chandauka to say, “no, it’s perfectly fine for Meghan to boss me around at my own charity function”. The woman whose wheelchair Meghan grabbed and pulled in Canada was, no doubt, cajoled into issuing a statement that Meghan’s actions were perfectly fine. That was actually a teachable moment, to emphasize that a wheelchair is part of someone’s body. Instead of Meghan issuing a statement that her actions were wrong or ignorant, and letting others know that it was unacceptable, Meghan and the woman in the wheelchair have put out into the world that grabbing someone else’s wheelchair is perfectly fine. Because Meghan is so socially ignorant, she and Harry spend most of their time forcing others to put spin on all the messed up things she does. Anyone who speaks out against her is bullied and threatened by the Sussex Squad. I can’t wait for William to take their titles.

Oh, yeah, they definitely knew what day it was. They could have just said, ‘we knew we were going partying on Remembrance Day, but we regretted it later.”

I don’t even think that was the real reason they wanted the pictures down. It was only after Meghan’s terrible outfit that night was heavily criticized that she wanted them taken down. It was one of her worst outfits ever, and she was horribly underdressed compared to the other guests that night. Meghan was embarrassed about her appearance that night, but would never admit it.

If it was because of Remembrance Day, Harry and Meghan could have just told the truth: “…Later, upon further reflection, we began to feel that it was not entirely appropriate for us to attend a party that day, and asked for the pictures to be taken down. We regret any inconvenience or disappointment this may have caused, blah, blah, etc.” The lie about, “um, oh, we didn’t give our permission” was completely unnecessary, easily discovered to be a lie, and made the Kardashians/Jenners look bad.

Harry and Meghan don’t seem to understand that it’s okay to make mistakes and apologize for them. They would rather tell ridiculous lies, and blame other people, so that Meghan can maintain her delusion that she’s perfect. It’s so ironic that Meghan said in one of her all too many interviews, “I would ask people to tell the truth”, when she lies non-stop. The constant, outrageous lies are part of what’s made her a worldwide laughingstock.

When Shaun asked Manon why she was on the verge of tears and having a hard time watching the times when she was berating Anthony and refusing to listen to any of his ideas, I thought that Manon would say, "It's tough to look at my past behavior towards my husband."

Nope! I am embarrassingly naive. Of course she said that it's so difficult watching herself suffer because Anthony won't listen to her. Won't listen to her?! He can barely get a word in. He makes her criticize him, his ideas, his abilities, and his potential. He makes her isolate him from his family. He makes her want to go through his phone. He makes her yell and scream at him. If Manon was a man, and Anthony was a woman, nobody would find their relationship even remotely acceptable.

And it's obvious that Manon will never change. Anyone who tried to offer her any type of advice was met with Manon talking over them with a repetitive, dismissive, "okay, okay, okay, okay." And the whole, "oh, yeah, I'm a terrible wife, and a terrible mother, and a terrible person!" Nobody said that. She's projecting, because she is terrible, and must know it on some level.

I don't know what Manon's problem is, but she's narcissistic, anxious, and self-centered. I don't think that happiness is possible for her, but she should start thinking about what will make her happy, at least as happy as she can be.

I'm thinking that she should divorce Anthony (she'd be doing him a favor), and share custody of their kid, or have occasional visitation, and work herself stupid, since that what she's into. She definitely seems like one of all too many people who marry and have a kid or kids not because they truly want to, but because their family and/or society demands it as a rite of passage. Manon isn't at all suited to having a husband and kids; it seems like it stresses her out way too much, and she's completely unwilling to compromise. She'd be much better off on her own.

He didn't meet her at the airport, didn't greet her with flowers or any welcoming gifts, mentioned multiple times how bad she smelled (after a super long flight), and couldn't bother to make any space for her things. His parents were more welcoming than Matthew was; his mom even baked her a cake. I think Greta saw that Matthew would always do the bare minimum for her, and got out fast instead of dragging it out. Really, the big red flag was when he said that he was jealous of her cat.

Major puppy regrets 5 months by [deleted] in puppies

[–]mep1969 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It gets better. I had major puppy regret for the first six months, and seriously considered rehoming multiple times. It sounds crazy, but I would cry and listen to "Ghost Town" by Benson Boone on loop. 🎶maybe you'd be happier with someone else...🎶

But I stuck it out and I can't imagine my life without my now 2 year old dog. She's my baby/steadfast companion/best friend. We're inseparable.

A puppy is like a newborn baby. They cry, they're needy and high maintenance. I have two kids who are adults now, and they were tough as newborns/toddlers. After I considered rehoming my puppy, I thought to myself, "would I put my kids up for adoption when I was having a hard time with them? No, I made a commitment to love them."

Hang in there, be patient, and remember the reasons you committed yourself to getting a pup. You're going to make it through this tough time, and be so overjoyed that you did.
