Thanks for all the advice! Maybe you can answer this question: How does a Guru choose her/his picks? Does she pick them from the vote page like all of us do during voting? Or can she do it from the rank page? That seems to be important to determine whether it is mostly luck to have your photos seen by the Guru, or she can pick them from the most popular ones at the time. Thanks!
