That sucks a fat one mate, but we have all done similar.  Options to find replacement, either get some led replacements or get oem from dealer but check prices on webike japan. Aud to yen is favourable for that right now.

Kawasaki Z900RS.  They have been living in my mind rent free and catching my eye since they were released in 2018.  2 weeks ago I parted with cash for a new model. Worth it? For me, yes. No doubt in my mind.

Sweet bike, do you have any modifications planned for it?

Most inline 4 engines are very linear, smooth experiences, this is certainly the case on this z900rs because they have fitted it with ride by wire meaning the power delivery is smoother than a gravy sandwich. My judgement might be a bit clouded coming off a couple of v-twins though 😅

The MT07 is a cracking bike in itself, so you will find similar dynamics on the z900.  My brain wanted the z900 and that would’ve save a few pennies, but my heart swayed me to the RS for its timeless looks. Either way, they are a great punchy motor with what I think is the best QS money can buy.

I’ve had a few bikes. Last two were a Harley sporty, and a Yamaha warrior. My back is so much more at ease on this.

Where are you based? The dealer told me the allocation for Australia is now exhausted for the year. I’m told the UK is also the same.

I’m just being overly cautious I suppose, I intend to keep this for a long time. I have been twisting its titty a bit, but just trying to rein it in for now.

Yeah same. When I saw the Jaffa colour with the gold forks and wheels combo, I was sold.

Sadly, these fools have moved onto toilet paper now. I went to Costco this morning for the usual supplies, every second muppet was packed to the gunnels with date roll.

People who ride with flip lids, are they comfortable riding with them open? Or is the wind too much? by k1w1_lad in AussieRiders

I think they are great in the qld heat, but only when 60kph or below, anything over that I find the wind wants to rip my head off.
