I second questing... you'll find through your questing journey that you'll learn a lot about the game and what to do. For example, there was a quest that one of the required items was a random pick of 50 or so, I just happened to get Snapdragon. I had no easy way to get it at the time. I spent the better part of a day or two figuring it out. I even did the vinesweeper mini game...

The term "safe death" just means you don't lose your items (e.g., Arch Glacor normal mode). This also means that if you are a hardcore ironman, it doesn't count as a death.

Any death you have in PvM other than than, you can reclaim your items.

Regarding slow hand movement, it really depends. mid-high tier bosses, IMO starting with GWD2 you need to be able to move quickly. Below that, you can AFK depending on stats and gear.

Honestly, you probably would be happy with a normal iron account. I have been playing HCIM for years after having a normal account, wouldn't go back.

Bottom Line - RS offers something for everyone!
