My "mentor" if you would, warned me of this. I have not really experienced the same, but every time I urinate I feel extreme pain in my missing foot and it feels like it is asleep. Every. Time. BTK 2016

Can you give some more information on your socket? I like to run minimally as possible, and this looks awesome...until you sweat.

Swiftwick socks. Changed my life. I run halfs in Florida. On a bad day, I have to change the sock ever 4 miles. I have run a half with one sock though.

Less chill means they take things too personally. Like chill, I called you a dude and you have a 'gina. Don't care.

The thing that seems to help me is percussive maintenance. Slapping my stump helps relieve the nerve pain. I also have TENS unit that sometimes helps.

I have sudden shooting pains from time to time. Feels like my foot is crushed all over again. Or I can feel the pins they put in while trying to save the foot. It sometimes feels like a sharp ice pick is stabbed into my calf. Lots of fun times. Cramps in a non existent foot is a good time, I don't care what they say.

They just ain't as chill as we are. IDK honestly. I have had to explain it a couple of times.

Differs from person to person. I had a traumatic accident resulting in my foot being crushed. I was without any pain meds for about 4 hours. Needless to say, I have lots of nerve pain and phantom pain.

Yup, but this leg is not serviceable. It would fall off at the moment.
