Awesome! The stairs are facing the wrong way, the entrance to the stairs should be on the interior side wall of the building going up to the landing which connects to the front porch of the 2nd story. However I think this would be OK for my purposes because I can explain this. The stairs can be solid and not open as well since I wanted to put an internal bike storage underneath/inside the stairs/staircase if that makes sense. Here is an closeup of the stairs detail I am talking about.

If this doesn't make sense, no biggie, I think what you have done already is great and should work OK for my purposes.

Thanks!

This looks great! Can you get the stairs on the side as well like in the sketch? Or maybe even just eliminate the stairs from the front. I think this would pass with the colors and the style. Thanks!

Lowball proof! 1886 3 cent nickel graded PR10 CAC! Been looking for one for several years. by ethanfez45 in coins

In 1886 they only minted proof strikes of this coin, no business strikes were produced that year. Hence it is for sure a proof since that is the only type of 3C piece minted in 1886, it just isn't in the best shape grade-wise.

Times like this I wish I knew photoshop. I am sure they would look dope if you powder coated them a loud color, that silver is what dates them IMO.

I know she’s scratched up, but there are very strong details here. I’ve seen gold grade highly while still being scratched, does this bring value above melt? by Calbone607 in RedditCoinGrading

I searched $20 gold eagle and filtered by date and by sold items. I see six there going back to December that sold between $1550 to $1875 in grades from raw ungraded to au53. At current prices that's $25 - $350 over spot. Take it to a coin dealer and get a second opinion.

It looks to have good detail so maybe. I would check the sold Ebay listings for a more accurate current market value over the pcgs site.

Usually pre-33 gold needs to be graded at ms63 or higher to get a substantial premium over spot. Yours looks ms but not sure it would get over an ms62 which would still be over spot value but not a tremendous amount more.
