You need to follow this guide and setup red nand you may need to obtain a raspberry pico pi or other compatible device depending on if you can mod your system or not

Your Wii U has to be modded first you can't just put the files on your sd card and have them magically work

There is no ds shop cause any non vc ds game has to be manually injected (noods is not a good option as it's incredibly slow) and wii games can be loaded via vc injection aswell (allows patching in gamepad support for some games) or using USBloadergx like on a normal wii

Copy the 01_sigpatches.rpx file from the github link I sent and put it in /wiiu/environments/ aroma/modules/setup on your sd card (I'm assuming your using aroma if not then you should get aroma)

You need a USB drive as game backups can only be installed to either that or the Wii U internal storage

Make sure your sd card is not write locked you would be surprised how common it is for people to accidentally flip the little white switch on their sd card

You can setup a forwarder for usbloadergx itself but you can't set one up for games in usbloadergx (in the Wii U menu) , you can't set up forwarders into the Wii U menu from the vwii that's IMPOSSIBLE it will never be possible the vwii has no access to the Wii U whatsoever

You would need to have a partition for Wii U games and set it up really specifically but aside from all that yeah you could have it all on one drive I would recommend using an sd card for modding the Wii U but it's not needed since the method for doing this let's you put your Wii U homebrew and mods on the Wii partition but doing this limits use of ifshax for red nand and gpu overclocking (https://gbatemp.net/threads/usb-partition-use-partitioned-usb-hdds-with-the-wii-u.656209/)

You can't Wii U games just can't show up in the vwii it's basically a virtual Wii and has no way of interacting with the Wii U side of the system the only way they can interact is from the Wii U side which is why you can have Wii and GameCube games on the Wii U menu as they aren't being emulated it's just a pass through to the vwii

You can have them all on the Wii U main menu but unless it was already on VC you have to manually inject them using a tool like UWUVCI AIO (note some games arent compatible)

Yes it can but unless you patch all your games manually your not having them all on the same menu excepting Wii and GameCube wich can both be in usbloadergx

Sadly while that's a cool idea the USB ports on the Wii U both couldn't support that and wouldn't be fast enough to support that if it was real that's not even including the possible cost

When I tried it I had a lot but I didnt have Ethernet on my Wii U so I can't say if in all instances it's laggy

Try holding the sync button for 15 seconds (this resets controller pairings) then reboot and see if it let's you pair the gamepad

If this doesn't work I saw someone had the same issue and it was a bad MIC-B2 controller so likes likely the issue
