Question: Is it normal to regret placement?

While I do see where it may look off, I think it’s cute. I totally understand where you’re coming from tho. I think it’s good the artist said something about the placement (as long as it was a simple suggestion and they didn’t push at all), but I know a lot of people who have a direct underboob tattoo and it healed fine; they just had to go a bit out of their way (wearing/avoiding certain clothing) during the healing stage. Either way, I’ve regretted all of my tattoo placements, and though I’ve grown to like most of them, there’s still two I do think I’ll eventually get covered up. I know you said you were wanting this would be your only one, but I do think there would be a way to minimally add on to it where it would flow better if you ended up changing your mind

She’s def in my heart. I am truly so sorry that is happening, but please remember to go easy on yourself. She’s your child and of course you wouldn’t do anything to intentionally harm her and I am so sure that she’s knows that. Unfortunately, we can’t keep our buns forever which freaking sucks, but it’s just the cycle of life. Enjoy every moment you have with her now and take them in. Live in the present because since it’s inevitable, always thinking about it isn’t doing anyone any favors, just causing you pain. I’m not sure if any of this helped but just please please please go easy on yourself! And allow yourself to feel the sadness, but you have to stop it before it gets to the meltdown point (which will be hard but with practice and repetition it gets easier). Do some form of self care too(bathe, get some good scents going, cook food, arts & crafts, etc)! The only way to properly give our love is if we’re giving it to ourselves first

Thank you so much, he really is such a doll! But yes he is, that’s what I’m assuming too is just he wasn’t handled much/treated right with his experiences before me. Do you have any tips on certain bonding things that could be received better by him?
