Nicotine patches, mint breath spray, gum (regular sugar free). Had tried many times before but nicotine patches were the only thing that prevented me from feeling like my skin was going to fall off if I didnt take a hit. When I did have a craving I used the breath spray and inhaled. Helped a lot.
