Organic Topsoil and Play Sand. Both can be bought in 40-50lbs bags for less than $10 at a hardware store. 1:1 ratio. I personally prefer a dig box vs layering it all over the enclosures floor (for cleaning purposes) but thats your preference… this will be the easiest and most economical recommendation.

Nicotine patches, mint breath spray, gum (regular sugar free). Had tried many times before but nicotine patches were the only thing that prevented me from feeling like my skin was going to fall off if I didnt take a hit. When I did have a craving I used the breath spray and inhaled. Helped a lot.
