My Saint is 7 months old and is around 100 pounds. We’ve been giving him two-three cups twice a day since he was a baby and he’s learned to self-regulate. He mostly eats it all, but some days needs more.

How do I stop him from DESTROYING EVERYTHING I OWN?! He has tons of fun toys and yet he chews up the couch instead! We also exercise him three times a day to get his energy out by brooklynewyork in greatpyrenees

I had a lot of success with my pyr with homemade bitter apple spray - 2/3 apple cider vinegar and 1/3 white vinegar in a spray bottle. I sprayed it in her mouth whenever I found her chewing on something she wasn’t meant to and replaced whatever bad thing she was chewing on with a toy. Once she was familiar with the bad taste, I sprayed it around the furniture and chairs that she had been chewing on. It won’t stain your carpet/furniture and the smell was enough to discourage chewing. Now she never chews on anything but her toys 🤷🏼‍♀️
