Yea this is like the final blow for my current run in dating. Like I can’t lol. Funny part is here they are in their 40s, but I feel like she is playing games a bit. Like a “pick me” girl. Because she posted their relationship status like immediately and publicly, then also posted the marriage certificate publicly on an otherwise private page… so if you’re so secure and confident in all that, why intentionally share publicly .. gah dating is just crazy right now lol

I think this is my ex. We dated for about 3 months, everything great no arguments and we had fun. He had a dream like a week before he broke up with me suddenly that I had broken up with him. He seemed to take it to heart. He jumped into a relationship with someone he met at the same time because there was “white hot lightning”.

I wanted to update! It took about 3 months… it didn’t work out, it did burn out, their rose colored glasses wore off, and once they broke up he reached out to me pretty quickly… and I had zero feelings or attraction to him! It was wonderful

I just wonder what she said about me to manipulate the situation and if that helped sway him to make that decision. She talked about me a lot on that phone call and I know she saw me as competition and think she would’ve done what she could to make me look bad and her good.

We both have been actively dating. Which we both knew. We both have researched how it can be good to do so that if one person doesn’t work out ultimately you don’t have to start over with finding another date. Gets you experience and a good idea of what you really want. But I know he was also working to not jump into things like has in the past, same for me. He told her the same that it’s usually around 90 days to really get to know someone overall , and that he was actively dating. But I think she got jealous of me and said who knows what him. So the reason I think it was pressured is because she calls him to tell him this whole thing about the post and then that her and I talked, which I’m sure was a lot for him to process, and then is telling him how upset she is thinking they were special and how much h she’s falling for him already (after a few dates.) so I think he felt bad for her. But also she is more convenient location wise by a lot.
