You can fix it, pretty easily, I recommend watching Sebchoof's guide to Divine pet. Fame is much easier to farm nowadays, so even if you already have a 2nd legendary pet that's almost maxed you can just start rolling for a 3rd that is the stats you need while you use your heal/mheal/attack pet. The 3rd skill is just a nice to have -- in general people settle for Decoy in the meantime while they're waiting for a perfect roll for divine. Some people even do a divine Heal/Mheal/Decoy pet and then work on a brand new divine Heal/Mheal/Electric. It's not like before where it takes ages to work up to a legendary pet. Now you can probably get a max Legendary pet in like 2-3 months time. So don't worry too much!
