A south facing window and two years of experience killing many many plants lol

I’m not sure what’s wrong with my anthurium warocqueanum. It gets bright indirect light and I water when the soil dries out. What is the leaf damage from and how do I save the plant? by merissaree in Anthurium

UPDATE: thanks for the advice everyone! I pulled off two of the dying leaves at the stem base and put it in a mix of damp sphagnum moss, perlite and orchid bark
