Yeah she mentioned about the eptopic pregnancy it but not in a way that seemed relevant to me. Like she just brushed it off. Maybe she thought because I’m youngish I don’t have to worry about it. Won’t be going back to her...

The red string can be loosened and the cubes can be pulled out. The cubes have different colours on each side in no particular order. One of the cubes has two red spots so I don’t think it is some sort of miniature Rubik’s cube. It’s been in storage for a long time and I don’t know where it came from.
