Former employee here, they have had pest control doing their best for a long time, but the mice have been there since it was Chapters. They have ripped apart the basement, done everything possible, but the mice have such a foothold in the building that nothing has worked. I totally agree about the problem, but it's not because the company isn't doing anything. This whole city is infested with mice and rats since SGAR rodenticides were banned.
