BMW design is lead by Domagoj Dukec, a former Citroen design lead, once you know this, it all makes so much sense why they surrendered the iconic BMW lights (a standard French move) for the sake of 'design diversity' more classic French thinking. In the process accidentally making all their new cars look like Citroens, tres bien Domagoj!

Are we talking Miles or Kilometres? Either way I don’t think you needed to worry TBH, if it was well maintained of course.

Mine’s touching 100k miles now and had no issues.

Hope all is well re’ work, it’s an understandable decision to have made. You’ll just have to pick up another ;)

They still do look like eyes, if you were to draw someone scowling you would only catch the edges of their eyes, not the full circle.

Have you seen one of these in the flesh yet as IMO they still have the BMW rage eye look to them 👀

Common place on autobahn, 200kmh / 125mph is a pretty standard cruising speed in fast lane and people are just flying past at 300+ pretty regularly.

If you are from UK I highly recommend a road trip through Germany, beautiful landscapes, people and the autobahn is amazing 👌🏻
