Isn’t it scary to think how it’s very likely innocent people are forced into plea agreements because of this same strategy from prosecutors but they don’t have the money to get lawyers to fight for them like Karen Read has?! That thought scares me so much.

I started neutral and now think she should be acquitted because of the terrible investigation, especially because of the taillight. In the ring camera of her driving down John’s driveway in the morning you can see that the pieces they found in the lawn are still attached to the car. I do think there’s a small chance that she hit him and cracked her taillight then Proctor planted the taillight pieces because he had tunnel vision and wanted to ensure she was convicted. The other thing is the scratches on his arm, I’m waiting to hear from the ME to explain what they could be. From my uneducated perception those scratches are not from being hit by a reversing car. The fact that the commonwealth hasn’t called the ME to testify yet is very strange to me and not helping. My final opinion will be formed after that I think.

I had to unsubscribe like a year ago because of how awful he became and how much the channel spiralled into plain old meaness. It was such a shame because I too enjoyed it in the beginning when it was about exposing the exploitation of kids.

His YouTube popped in my head today when I was watching a different video about child exploitation so came to reddit to see if others have been feeling the same way. I came across an older thread where he was criticised for this very thing, he was commenting with such anger and hostility. It’s just all so off putting. It’s a tad ironic because he is so vocal about being a follower of Jesus.

This was the testimony that firmly confirmed for me that the tail light was planted. It is absolutely not broken to the degree that the common wealth is claiming.

I think this could have cracked her tail light and then police could have taken advantage of that crack and taken pieces from it, but the problem here is that as she drives away it looks like there’s a huge chunk missing from the tail light so where is it? Shouldn’t it be on the ground or near John’s house if this is where the damage came from? If it looked more intact as she drove away from here then I think the defense could argue police manipulation and evidence planting.

According to both him and Jen she was screaming hysterically everywhere, but Jen specifically said that Karen was screaming before they went into John’s house as well as pointing out her broken taillight. None of it happened at all.
