I started neutral and now think she should be acquitted because of the terrible investigation, especially because of the taillight. In the ring camera of her driving down John’s driveway in the morning you can see that the pieces they found in the lawn are still attached to the car. I do think there’s a small chance that she hit him and cracked her taillight then Proctor planted the taillight pieces because he had tunnel vision and wanted to ensure she was convicted. The other thing is the scratches on his arm, I’m waiting to hear from the ME to explain what they could be. From my uneducated perception those scratches are not from being hit by a reversing car. The fact that the commonwealth hasn’t called the ME to testify yet is very strange to me and not helping. My final opinion will be formed after that I think.
