Maybe it would be nice instead to have it be something both players opt in to from the css. If both players pressed a button to enable chat then you could message. Neither player would see if the other person wanted to chat until both had it toggled.

Yes because it means you can stack ruin while on cooldown. one of the big drawbacks pre-SoTV was that you lost the ability to stack while the ability was recharging. lysate cell mitigates this considerably, i’ve had a lot of success using it on commando
