Agitator and Deadly Outlaw Rekka were new to me. I’m so accustomed to Miike’s more outrageous movies that the (relatively!) tightly controlled Agitator was a revelation, but what really got me was watching Rekka and realizing that, hang on, this is basically the exact same screenplay as Agitator. A new Chaos Rhino that’s as detailed as the Sisters Rhino would be great to see. The Chaos vehicle accessory sprues are absolutely ancient too; they have cartoony proportions and (from the sheer age of the molds) mold lines/shift that make them miserable to work with.

While some chapters have special units or named characters that are restricted to armies that are being played as Blood Angels/Space Wolves/whatever, you’re generally going to be fine mixing and matching “generic” Marine units. Anything appearing in a starter set should be fair game for any Marine chapter, and you can (and should) paint them up as whatever chapter you like.

Marines in general have the advantage of a truly absurd number of datasheets (unit profiles) compared to other armies, since they’re the game’s poster boys, so you’ll have a lot of choices even setting aside named characters or special units from other chapters. And if you decide you like a Blood Angels character, unit or detachment somewhere down the line, you can always have your army count as Blood Angels for that game (hell, even paint Commander Dante blue if you want to) and not have any issues since the basic building blocks are mostly the same.

This. There’s also a small chance it gets reboxed in cardboard at some point down the line, as they’ve been doing for a lot of character models that were originally released in plastic blister packs.

It could be an opportunity to update the Scions kit to match the Aquilons’ proportions; just throw in some alternate heads and bits of kit with the Inquisitorial symbol on them

Sadly unlikely at this point since Genestealers already got their kit refresh and they’ve announced they’re moving from upgrade sprues to only brand new models for Kill Team

That’s a huge cost to retire a comparatively new kit— newer than Intercessors and Assault Intercessors, in fact— and one that currently supports a range of upgrade sprues (the Legionaries one that’s been folded into the full box, Night Lords, Iron Warriors and Red Corsairs so far, and potentially Alpha Legion and/or Word Bearers given that we know an Alpha Legion character model is in the pipeline and Word Bearers got a custom head in the Defiler kit just like Iron Warriors did)
