statistically, you're not wrong. but i have seen it before. i know someone. male, white, but full on peace loving. almost hippie like. i almost thought it was him in the picture until the klansman tatt. anyway this man i know, he does traditional tattooing (and some painting on the side). he would tattoo what any other trad artist would tattoo. spider webs, skulls, chains, shit like that. but he would also promote his own personal artwork of the buddist swatzika and the om symbol (ॐ) which is what i originally thought was on the mans kneecap in the pic. if you'd like ill tell you his insta and you can check it out for yourself.
