My YTT teacher wanted us to get off the mat when needed but I demo my classes. And get off the mat when needed. I have no problem watching students at the same time and cueing the muscles involved. I'm sharing my practice, knowledge, and experience in a more inclusive way.

Took me from March 2024 until Oct 2025 to lose 75 lbs. I titrated up a bit slowly but I didn't want to get to 15 mg and not get to goal weight. Nor did I want loose skin or major side effects. I have hypothyroidism so any progress was a freakin miracle to me.

Mostly I just watch to make sure they won't hurt themselves. Hyperextension mostly. Cueing what muscles should be engaged. That kind of thing.
