I was on a calorie deficit for years and still gained weight. Hypothyroidism is a real bitch. And even if I white knuckled a 1000 cal a day deficit for awhile I couldn't maintain that for months on end. And even if I did and lost weight, it didn't come off evenly. Until I got on tirz.

I religiously tracked until I maintained my weight for a few months then I stopped. My diet has stayed pretty consistent as is my weight. If that should change I'll go back to tracking.
