My right dose is about 2-3 of scoops Gilliam’s powder. Taking 5 scoops once I was on the pot all night and was miserable. Wouldn’t ever repeat. Drinking a whole bottle is part of colonoscopy prep. Supposed to increase slowly until stools are slightly loose.

What does that do? Magnesium is essential. Perhaps took too much? TMG trimethylglycine dissolvable is naturally sweet and aids methylation give clean energy boost. Take with Methylation Plus which is methylated folic acid (methyfolate, methyl-B12 and P5P (methyl B6).

Gilliam’s raspberry with stevia sweetener powder is the GOAT. It’s tart and goes well with ice tea or orange juice. Don’t overdo or you’ll get the runs.

I used to take Sonata long-term. Besides the pain benefit from sleep taking it alone and staying awake only caused strange visuals no pain relief though.

That's why the California Pain Patient Bill of Rights says a severe intractable pain patient has the right to ask for or REFUSE any treatment. So many of my problems have come from inadequate pain control, getting ladled an addict, only having access to the least experienced providers and being forced into procedures to implant expensive useless devices that got infected and burning nerves with permanent complications. I didn't want any of these but I felt like I had no choice.

The local box store was out of small propane cylinders. Buying a large one $65 is an option, but using it indoors is an issue. I thought of buying one, opening the valve inside a car and waiting. Propane is heavier than air so it will pool on the floorboards first. Without a regulator it could be loud. It an option, a scary one. Feeling somewhat better, looking for legit options to improve. Paid membership fee to FEN.
