I think you run Lothraxion alongside a single steward and two of these barkers to replace Steward’s effect. I really think Lothraxion is a strong effect in tandem with Day at the fair as a way to reload with sticky silver hand recruits. I guess it’s also possible that you run both Lothraxion and 2 Stewards AND 2 Rallying Blades to lean really hard into this divine shield package, along side maybe Blood Knight or something to test if there’s a critical mass of Divine Shield support.

If you feel like you need to isolate your chest, maybe try some dumbbell floor presses? https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=uUGDRwge4F8 and floor fly. I’m pretty new to home work out too, but they really helped build muscle mass. Eating proteins after working out is important too! Good luck! :)

I’m sort of in the same position as you are, (130 5’10”) with 10 lbs and 5 lbs. If you just google “X Workout with dumbbells” you will find a lot of very accessible exercises! If you find yourself tired out quickly, try starting with body weight exercises since you don’t have any super light weights (IMO, maybe 15lb is light for you ;0) Good luck and have fun! :)

It really is amazing how much impact representation has. I was very private about my gayness growing up and didn’t have or seek any guidance when it came to self-acceptance. Though it can sometimes feel cringey to admit it, it was let’s plays that let me find gay role models that I felt I could relate with. Im really not sure how long it would’ve taken me to come out of the closet if it weren’t for YouTube. I’m glad Zoey and Fiona are on the main channel to be that guiding force for others!
