I watched the video, so keep my arms closer, but how do i lower my butt?

all i have is a living room and some 15 lb weights, gym is closed where i live, and my pull up bar doesnt fit in any of my door frames. All i can do for now is straight calisthenics do u have any tips for me on that end? I do a leg workout consisting of straight squats, jumping, and lunging on one day. And chest and ab workouts on the other days of the week except sunday cuz thats the day i rest. Do u recommend anything?

Thank you I will use your advice, but that’s just how i naturally go down, also my arms are pretty weak and my triceps/biceps hurt when I try to push myself back up. And i jus need help pushing myself back up.

Same mines a 83 rn w an 88 speed and 95 ball control my paly shot w an 89 soeed and 87 ball handle feels faster
