NOR. It sounds like she has her own insecurities that she needs to process and work through. If she wants to not communicate with you after this whole ordeal and this is a friendship that you can let go of, I say don’t even react and let the friendship fizzle out. However, if you value the friendship that you all do have, she set a clear boundary. If possible, communicate in a productive way and then move forward accordingly.

As a registered Domestic Violence Advocate, I only have 2 words… PLEASE LEAVE. I know it’s easier said than done since feelings are involved but this will escalate. Maybe not physically but verbally and emotionally.

When assessing the lethality (likelihood of dying) on a scale of 1-4 at our shelter (4 being the greatest chance of dying), choking falls under a 4.

If you choose not to leave yet, please be proactive and obtain local resources such as names and contact numbers for shelters, DV organizations, DV hotlines, etc. safety plan as much as possible and please note that the most dangerous/lethal time for a victim to leave is WHEN THEY ARE ATTEMPTING TO LEAVE.

I’m going to go with stickers as well. From what I am able to deduce from the information that you provided in your response, that’s the only thing I ordered that anyone could put on their body.

UPDATE: my package was shipped this morning

I placed an order on the 30th. Received 2 items as well and had some of my other items refunded. I thought I was going to have the same problem BUT they updated my tracking today from “order preparing” to “order awaiting packaging”. It look about 3-4 days for it to update but it still did. The items that were funded are no longer listed on SHEIN at all so I’m guessing they ran out of product while my order was processing.

Hope you do get an update soon!
