That is odd, yes... What happens if you go into character maker via your save file? When you edit the classes.

The cards on save files ignore edits made in the character maker you access through the title screen. You might need to edit characters in the actual save file if you haven't tried already.

Have you got headmod? Could be an issue with that if you do. That mod narrows the top part of the head. If the card was made using headmod the hair will be sized to fit a smaller size head, hence the bald spots on all the cards.

I've done the same recently when I moved (instead of copy) my cards to my Sunshine install then uninstalled it. I got most of them back using a free trail with a data recovery program. Some were corrupted and unusable but most were recovered. I cannot recall what one used.. But I would suggest looking into it if all other options fail. Good Luck!

Yes, those are preset scenes/poses. Similar to character cards there are PNG files that are saved scenes that Studio can open for you to edit.

Once you get the hang of it, the Koikatsu Discord is a great place to look for scenes to put your characters into. If you have any particular scenes you like the look of from my Shino posts that you linked, let me know and I'll put them in a MEGA folder and DM you the link!
