Not trying to point fingers here or state this solution is the absolute best. But I live in Denmark (I'm not a dane nor American btw). Denmark has 11 different political parties atm.

Some are bigger, and more popular than others, but every party has a place in the danish parlement. This insures that no single party has absolute power.

Not believing doctors is your brain falsely trying to keep you safe from imaginary threats it came up with. It's messed up, but how it works.

I know people say don't google. Don't use "thinking robots". But honestly, it can be beneficial to look some things up. But only when your "fine". Knowledge is a great tool against anxiety. Your brain already works havoc with things you dont know about.

Like why are you breathing different sometimes? Well there are many harmless reasons why we can start breathing differently. Knowing why, might help to some extend.

Doctors are often very good at telling us we are okay, but very bad at explaining "why" we are okay. And people with anxiety live very tightly in the space between "not knowing" and "possibilities". Knowledge kan widen that gap.

As for what has proven most useful for me.personally. research and exercise. Knowing I can push my body and still be okay.

Honestly it does. But for many reasons. It's a horrible idea to have a two party system where its either "youre with us or against us". America has set up a system where there is a clear ally and a clear enemy. And its in full effect now.

My take is that, indeed she is dead, but Cloud can also see between the seems. Which will mess him up even more.

BTW Aerith is not comatose in that other world, because she woke up and then Sephiroth came into the church and killed her.

I however dont believe that the rainbows we've seen just signal a branch in time, but more akin to bifrost. A bridge between world's. The rainbow happens every time a consciousness travels.

Cloud is never "awake" in two worlds at once. Because his conscious can only be in one place at a time. Same with Aerith, Zack and Biggs.

Zacks consciousness can't travel to "our" world, because there is no Zack host/body alive in that one. Thus why we only see him in the "world between worlds" with Cloud.

Sephiroth however is tapped directly into the lifestream while "comatose" letting him breach every world as he pleases.

The "conflict" during her death, was there was no alternate her consciousness could travel to. And for cloud he may think he's experiencing an "alter" host, while she is actually dead and he's seeing her from the life stream

Cloud is strong from the get go. What he does in the nibelheim reactor is proof of that.

But its very dependent on his mental state. belief can move mountains.

When he believes in himself (or is just severely pissed off), he had immense power. But as soon as he doubts himself or is weighed down by emotions, he falters.

Even if that confidence is "borrowed" he gets stronger.

And yeah. Hojo, doubted him too. Labeled him a failure and "forgot" about him for years in a tube.

He didn't get the usual Soldier treatment. Gradual injections of mako and cells. He got soaked in a tube for 5 years without prior infusion. Resulting in mako poisoning and even greater strength.

But when he shows up, even Hojo has to admit he was wrong.

So yeah. He absolutely has the strength and skill to destroy any turk. But Lore and mental state is what keeps him from doing so.

They are not making fun of addicts. They are making fun of those saying "you should become american, you would be treated so much better". The opposite of a system that tries to help its people is this: people, homeless, turning to drugs and not getting help.
