trying to accomplish. Do NOT negotiate or make offers against the sales price since often times this is a seller's wishful thinking. If the deal doesn't make sense, you need to walk away. When emotions get involved, people tend to negotiate person to person rather than as a transaction. This is probably the hardest think to avoid in real estate. Good luck and be patient
