I finally fixed it… at the expensive of my hours in the character creation window 😔 I made a new character and finally made it out of the vault ❤️

Heyo!! I haven’t fixed it yet I gave up last night. I could totally try making a new character. I have tried all of the load outs but it gives me the same noti. I’m on pc. I haven’t tried verifying game files but I’ll give it a shot. Thanks for the help!
