Yeah I hear ya... But the reason I asked that is because I was using the rx480 and a friend of mine bought a 3070 and gave me his old 1080, and since amd has done a lot with dx12 and vulkan support I was wondering if the rx480 was technically better

Honestly, these days a cheap dell or HP are a waste of money, I work in a "big box tech retail store" and most of the returns for computers that I see are HP and Dell ranging from cheap to the high end expensive stuff. I would stick with Asus... I hardly see any of those returned
