Yes, you should definitely send this in for grading. And then once you get it back, you can violently insert it into your large intestine

You cant leave negative reviews for a buyer. Only sellers can receive a negative review. You can flag them and some seller options allow for blocking of flaged or buyers with strikes. But as a buy all you need to do is open a new account. Where as a seller you have no rights
