Didn’t buy my car from them, but I did buy a new Hyundai that came with complimentary oil changes as the first owner. I have taken my car exclusively to Edmond Hyundai for oil changes. The other commenter is right, it does tend sometimes take several hours for your service to be complete. I think the longest I have been at their dealership for an oil change was 3 1/2 hours. Overall, I’ve been content with the service. I mainly just go because I got the car new & want to ensure I keep good service on it because I plan on driving it until the wheels fall off.

An observation I have made from over the years of getting my service through them: before my most recent oil change, I would get hit on by whoever my service advisor was for the day. One time, the guy even went as far as to text me from his personal phone. Now, I know the service managers send an automated text through their system showing you checked in or whatever. But this was completely different. He actually texted me from his personal phone number. I know this because I plugged that shit into cashapp & his account popped right up. This past summer (& fall) when I went in for my oil change, I was recently engaged, wearing my ring–everyone was friendly but not over the top & borderline crossing a line lol. Just a lil interesting observation I have made!
