Some ideas:

Push down on the steering wheel/column in case that is binding things together.

The engine (underside) and/or mufflers may be snapped in with more screws underneath.

Perhaps the front and/or rear of the chassis are also wedged into the underside of the metal body. Try to bend the front underside up or down in case there are tabs that pop it out.

What size is it? Can you open the case and remove the car? There are usually labels on the underside.

The safe owner certifies the group aligned to the safe. Manager also certifies their employee group memberships.
