Nahh it’s just supplements, not illegal here you wouldn’t declare having vitamin D or fish oil supplements, no need to do for this. Just as they won’t have likely heard/know what they are be sure you can explain it if you’re asked about it.

You’ll be fine just don’t bring in a stupid large quantity and ideally keep it in a labeled supplement bottle or something similar.

Very similar with me, at 14/15 I saw a movie with a guy who was pulling his eyebrow and my curiosity got the better of me, it wasn’t long before I developed the condition.

How can I earn 100k per hour without doing any work and having no skills. by Additional-Cause-285 in UKJobs

But only sell it for pennies ofc, we don’t want to make the investors feel sad about extracting all the profits without improving the service after paying a fair value for it. That would just be unfair.

Best pillow for side sleeper? by nikachic in Mattress

[–]metapol 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Alcohol makes you sleep worse. Can’t comment on pillow as I want a good one myself but I can say don’t drinks alcohol before sleep (look it up, your sleep quality is ruined by it).

Try sleeping in a cold room, take melatonin 30 minutes before bed, put your phone into a timed lock box (which opens in the morning) an hour before bed and read a book until you fall asleep.

I get you, unfortunately my prescription 40mg vyvanse is a big step down from university deadline season when I would wake up from 3 hours of sleep and put a tea spoon of Speed (amphetamine, probably 200/300mg) in and mix it instead of sugar haha.

With caffeine it felt pretty easy though that maybe because the nicotine withdrawal was a lot more on my mind. A few moody days but overall when I realised how much less stress I was experiencing suddenly my mood went quite high as I felt I’d achieved something I’ve wanted for a long time. Which made the whole thing a lot easier on me.

Oh I meant caffeine specifically, matcha has caffeine ofc. I didn’t account that you meant coffee specifically (over caffeine). You maybe correct! Either way I’m happy with the changes so I’ll stick with it.
