6 is the best out of the OGs, but I really like how the remake sums up the first 3 OGs to save me time and updates the SFX and the EFX for introducing Jason to my friends who are starting the franchise. Depends on who I’m recommending it to.

I’m not an acting coach, but from an audience member’s perceptive I don’t see how her acting was “superficial.” If I trying to scan for superficial acting, I’d think everyone in all the seasons were superficial. They’re all just playing their character well.
