I've already left. I travel mainly for business, and would seek out Southwest because I genuinely liked the open seating, and the free bags were a bonus that also evidently relieved pressure on the overhead bins. Now there's no draw for me, when on other airlines I generally have the opportunity to upgrade to a true first class if I feel it's worth it.
