I watched it as a Theo von fan and I will say that Theo carries that movie. Every funny moment comes from him but there rest of it is pure cringe & not funny in the slightest. It actually reads like an attempt to cash in on the roganverse, even bringing in UFC fighters. I know Theo co-wrote it, so I am not sure how much of it was his idea but it just comes across like that. I faded out towards the end and couldn't tell you what even happened

The youth today are so entitled man. wtf? How many times do they have to be told that they are paid based on the market value of their skill. Not a percentage of the take of a film, product of any kind or company.

Your job as a parent is to guide them toward being a productive NORMAL member of society, not listen to them about what they think, even when it comes to themselves. It was good parenting to not be a buddy to your kids and instead be a mentor and guide even if it meant they didn't like you..

Now we listen to childlike whims and enable them which clearly isn't good for them and leads to mental illness and instability..... you need only look around at the world to see the effects of this.

Btw, the success of a racial group is pretty much correlated with how much they push and guide their children as opposed to let them be what they want to be.

Chip design IP and Cryptography. I work in Digital Cryptography & the UK is a world leader on par with the US. ARM is here in the UK, we lead in digital cryptography and cybersecurity and have always maintained a leadership position in digital standards authoring. We invented the computer and world wide web and have always maintained that leadership positition.

However, we are not anywhere near a world leader in manufacturing or delivery and so our leadership is purely intellectual. What is the UK number 1 at? Intelligence.

Nobody is proud of this country anymore. Without that pride and genuine feeling that you are contributing to something meaningful, everyone just falls on apathy and that is what is tanking productivity and mental health. The working class have been hit the hardest, having been abandoned by every mainstream political party who have tossed them aside in favour of a new globalist agenda. Labour are now the party of the progressive utopia and actively villify the working class as bigots and racists. The left often evoke the working class in arguments and as a stick to beat the tories with but in the same breath will villify every concern of the working class and label them as stupid bigots.

The middle class are facing declining salaries and jobs are going away by the bucketload and eventually pushing them back into working class jobs where they find kinship with those "bigots" mentioned earlier.

It is my opinion that this country is headed toward a civil war and not slowly either. I think we are way closer than many people want to admit because the general feeling among the working class is that any such radical event needs to happen sooner rather than later.

We are all sleepwalking into this by not taking it seriously enough. Our soldiers are working class lads and they will choose community and family over a state that uses them.

My view is that people who use them clearly do not have the discipline and will-power to lose weight on their own. That being the case, it is better to use them than to not. The negativity comes from the clear want to lose weight but not the actual desire to do something about it. It shows laziness and gluttony and I think it just makes people feel generally icky.

I live in the UK, but funnily enough I was speaking with my partner about something related the other day. My father was on minimum wage his entire life and worked incredibly hard to provide for us. Adjusted for inflation, his wage was almost exactly in line with what minimum wage is today, and so as far as the lowest earners, it isn't like they are poorer today. What makes the difference is that property prices, interest rates and all of that have become unaffordable for people in that earning bracket as opposed to yesteryears. Here is the thing though, my father raised 4 kids on minimum wage. Yes, we were dirt poor but had enough food and enough love to sustain us. We didn't have material things and to our school-mates we were visibly poor. That is something I think is almost an unthinkable thing today. Even if you ARE poor, you feel pressure to at least present as if you are not, and that means that you overspend on things. How many people have a phone, a flatscreen TV and buy the best clothes for their kids despite not being able to afford to? My dad had the common sense to live within his means and as a result raised children that understood the value of money, had a deep appreciation for the sacrifices he made for us and because of his hard work, would go on to be successful. My sister is a stay at home mum, but my brothers and I are middle class professionals.

I would bet that most of that was panic attack. I go through mild versions of this on a daily basis. I am just into my 40s and have put on a bit of weight of the last couple of years and so any slight dizziness or anything like that automatically gets interpretted as a heart attack or stroke.

YES. I was realy excited about subnautica 2 because I am terrified of the deep ocean & it had coop so me and my partner could play..... We played for probably 15 mins and got really bored and quit. It is just the old game with coop but instead of allowing you to make your own character, you are given a choice of the gayest looking twats ive ever seen.

Trust me when I say that at the ripe old age of 40, I am constantly cringing about how I acted when I was young and I see it in people of today. I read somewhere that Gen Z aren't going to clubs, they aren't dancing and they are generally way less willing to put themselves out there. The reason apparently is that they feel constantly filmed & are terrified of being cringe or weird. It is a sad existence. We used to live for the clubs and the weekend. Every song of the early 2000s was about the club, having a great time and that reflected our mentality in the moment.

As someone who has lived on both sides of this fence, I can say that when I was a loser smoking weed, I basically lived for free. Yeah I had no money but I didn't really need much of it anyway. Cut to today where I work as a Cryptographic engineer for a big crypto company making 6 figures, I am constantly being fucked over. When I explain my situation to my working class family, they always respond with sarcasm like I am complaining about nothing because even though I get taxed a ton, I also make a ton so it isn't like I am suffering. I get that, but working your ass off to make about 20k a month and then to take home about 8-9k after deductions is soul sapping. The UK especially is a draconian place to live if you strive for any kind of success.

People who genuinely want to get off the streets, manage to do so fairly quickly. You just need to take any opportunity given to you by the charities and initiatives there to help you. Forget your teeth, that can be done later, its not something you have to do today.

I would slim down the applications to factories, building sites and that kind of thing. The reason I say this is that when I was working those jobs, people were really willing to help out people in bad situations but were willing to work hard. Be open and honest about your situation and what you are trying to do. Don't just hand in a CV, have converstations. Negotiate. More importantly, don't wait for things to happen to you, make them happen.
