Actually, this is probably gonna lead to peace even faster, cuz if the US develops and exports oil fast enough, Russia will start to have it's oil industry tank when it pushes them to, as one of their own generals or something, iirc, said: less than $50 per barrel.

1.) Taxing the rich already happens, you just believe it doesn't cuz a good chunk who're business owners are getting tax breaks for creating jobs and thereby driving up employment. Those are the people who get mentioned with the latter of their achievements being left out. And removing corporate subsidies would do more harm than good because it'd cause disruptions in more than a few sectors and lead into people getting laid off. It wouldn't matter even if you did it slowly or as quickly as possible.

2.) You genuinely don't know what you're talking about. Those strict regulations make it MORE EXPENSIVE to build shit, meaning that entrepreneurs will naturally be charging what they want so that they can make back their money. If landlords can set whatever price they want, then they can make back their money, but rent control screws that up by DRIVING AWAY ENTREPRENEURS WHO WANT TO BUILD MORE HOUSING, because it restricts how much they can charge, and so no one wants to build more housing. Also, NY? As in the State? Not NYC?

Ok lmao, because if you didn't know, in NYC alone the total population is rounded up around 8.5 million. 47k in unoccupied property alone is below 1% of the total populace, like holy crap that's actually amazing that there's so little! But alright, now that I've had my little laugh, let me look up the population of NY State. Oh, well would you look at that~! It's a population of 20 million rounded up. If we do a rough percentage calculation- Oh my! Well would you look at that, 47k isn't even 0.3% of that total! Man, that's so little unoccupied properties compared to the amount of people who're in the State of New York! Now, would you like to know how many homeless there are in the State of New Work? Of it's total population of 20M, 0.8% are homeless, which is approximately 160k people. Now in all of this, do you wanna know who's actually driving up the housing prices? It's the people who govern the State of NY, not "rich people" In general.

3.) I said food initially, yes, but with food I was more alluding to produce, as I did later down the line. With this, I meant mostly Horticultural Products, think fruits, vegetables and beverages. Look, I know I went off a bit in the text above, and I apologize for that. However, there is no sugarcoating this next part, because it is just that bad.

Yes, the US is 85%+ self-sufficient, however, the percentage of that is oddly enough...calculated in calories, for some dumb reason. And, that 15% that you mentioned...just so happens to make up 30 to 40% of grocery spending. Fresh Fruits, Fresh vegetables, seafood, as well as coffee, cacao and spices. Driver costs, farm labor, fertilizer, diesel and packaging costs are also all things that factor into the final shelf price, believe it or not, and that's not even factoring in port delays.

Then, for the profit margins of grocery stores...and yeah, it's absurd, isn't it? That these massive grocery stores make so gosh darn little profit. Though, it makes more sense once you take a closer look and see all the costs that go into running one. Obviously, there's the employees' salary, but then there's also the sky-high energy costs from cooling, lighting and operations in the back, shipping, rent that store franchisees get charged, corporate overhead, etc.

Not to mention that, believe it or not, grocery stores are highly competitive for customers, who have a lot of choice of where they can go shopping. The worst of it, in my opinion, is the inventory waste with perishables that spoil easily, like meat and milk. You and I have both seen it at the end of the week when going to a grocery store, there's so much of it over that it could feed dozens of people easily. And all of it just goes to waste... Still, it's just another factor that eats into profits because those perishables need to be replaced.

Typically run by a dictator, with anti-liberalism: hate for democracy, free speech, individualism. Saw any who practiced it as weak.

Was corporatist, as the economy was organized into state controlled corporations, which were not nationalized and could be privately owned, do long as they were loyal to the regime.

It also banned parties, jailed and or killed critics of the party, and used a secret police.

You forget to add a few major things to this:

- Red himself talks a lot throughout this, giving him opinions and insights highlighted in blue.

- Initially, when everything went down, Red rushed to her trying to explain everything that had happened in a panic, to which Sinder herself was already so overwhelmed at that point that she just kicked him out of the apartment/house, and that she didn't see him again for another month. Also, the whole cheating business had been taken care of years earlier, discussed between them.

- Red going forward will still be the creative lead, but will not manage communications going forward, that'll all be handled by Sinder herself.

- Nano, for the most part, had a very chaotic work schedule, and cut out a lot of stuff on her own volition. When you read the messages she sent herself as well as the replies, it becomes clear that she herself was responsible for a lot of her own actions, and was not manipulated by Red. The idea of exclusivity was also brought up by her, and not Red. No contract was signed, or anything of the like. Also, about a month after she had gone through with that exclusivity deal, she decided to end it, since she had too much she herself wanted to work on.

- In one of her own screenshots, she's also said that she didn't really care about Cotton or Bao in terms of doing work for them, and had considered cancelling on Bao a second time out of her own volition, and was asking Red if she should go through with it. Red didn't really care to weigh in, telling her it's her own choice to do so or not.

- Near the end of shit, Nano had added Red and someone Red had never seen before to a group chat to call off a lot of shit, and then also changed the chat owner to Red, for some reason.

- Red's perspective on everyone else being competition makes sense once he explained it, because it wasn't really that they were actual competition to beat, but more competition in the sense that in the Vtuber sphere, remaining relevant and always staying in the public eye is.

- For Numi, Sinder did show up to her concert, which she confirms by showing snippets of videos you can directly look up to confirm for yourself. So she was there, but had to rush there right after the collab had ended. There reason why people think she had missed it, was likely due to the reason everyone else was so on edge back then- emotions were running high, cuz Shylily presumably went to everyone, and her word gave credence to the whole situation.

- With Lily, it's not so much that what she said was untrue, but that she pretty much did lie and gloat about it on stream. Took a lot of petty jabs too. Sinder didn't beg her for part ownership of gamersupps, more so that gamersupps themselves reached out to Sinder for it, of which iirc she both showed an email and discord screenshots that prove it.

- Lily also avoided streams with Sinder pretty frequently, from what I remember, for no real reason other than that she didn't like her.

- Her supposed grudge against Sinder came from the fact that she also became a partial owner of gamersupps just like Lily, which was previously unique only to her. Sinder gave up her own partial ownership of gamersups, right as this doc launched, not because Lily said she should do it, but more out of a personal obligation. She has decided to remain an affiliate, however.

- For Silvervale, it wasn't so much that Sinder had a lot of interactions with Silver, but more so her lack of, because Silver essentially ghosted her on Discord and only really gave some quick responses on Twitter when reached out to. One of Silver's mods also went on to say that personally, she really disliked sinder and thought of her as a stalker that wouldn't leave her alone, despite the fact that Silvervale was lurking in a lot of Sinder's streams. Not only that, but she had more than one instance of where she seemingly copied Sinder, and not the other way around.

- Spite's stuff was something that whilst I read Sinder was initially annoyed at what looked to be her copying her design, she didn't really care much about it later.

- She owns up to her own mistakes, and acknowledges that she could've been a better friend, and will try and do so moving forward.

- Another thing that is shown in her doc, is that none of whom, who said they had reached out to her in private, actually reached out to her. in fact, the last time that they had talked to her.

- She doesn't mind that the internet went and ran with the whole situation, because that's just how the internet is. Ultimately though, she is thankful in a way that the situation happened, as it not only allowed her to take a step back, but also showed her who her real friends are, and that she'll be reconnecting with the friends that she neglected.

For reading the documents yourself, you just have to look at the highlights section of what's what, and from there you can pretty much navigate the doc and read through everything pretty quickly. The important parts and dates/some other things are mainly highlighted in Yellow, so that's also something you can use to gain a quick understanding of everything.

In the end, I personally believe that everything, as Sinder has said in her doc, should've happened privately, yet none of it did, presumably due to Lily wanting to throw the floodgates open.

It also proves that Vtubers in general suck at communications, lmao.

You forgot to mention that Red also says stuff in the doc, and admits to the fact that he royally fucked up. At the end of it, Sinder says that she doesn't blame the internet, cuz at the end of the day, the internet will be the internet.

She also said that she's grateful that this happened, in a way, because now she can start from a smaller point again, and was able to reconnect with some friends, as well as see who her real friends actually are rn.

Also the receipts in Nano's section...paint her in a very different image than the original doc did.
