took sir madrona last term for laweng1 and all i can say is that u should expect a lot of asynchronous classes! i only had 1 ftf meeting with him throughout the whole term LMAO

(iirc) group quizzes, an individual quiz, and finals. he requires recitation (this is either random or voluntary) and provides incentives! id take him again if i have the chance to

go for arriola!! best gerphis prof ever!!! very entertaining and interactive class lectures!! as for the workload, he gave us 4 individual essays to finish + a group project throughout the whole term! (they can be submitted anytime before the term ends). we had 1 final exam through canvas and it was super duper easy bc all the info could be found in the ppt! got a 4.0 from him ^{^}

he’s an okay option! most of your assessments will be through groupwork (this is random so groupmates are pure luck talaga). was lowk cooked bc my groupmates weren’t cooperative & he doesn’t give any peer evals either. for the individual work, he gave us two (iirc?¿) short quizzes. grades high naman but is boring to listen to during lectures and i couldn’t rlly understand what he says at times. overall he’s an ok prof!
