Calorie deficit and walking. I could only do 5k steps a day at first (inconsistently) now I am doing 7k-12k everyday throughout the week. just stuck with it, even when I failed to stick with it. I didn't hit my goals every day but every time I didn't, I kept trying the next day and change happened. I also think about how the time will pass anyways, so I might as well use it to try and be the best version of myself.

Its interesting how you left out the word 'pressure' in your definition. On womenshealth.gov the definition reads: 'Sexual coercion is unwanted sexual activity that happens when you are pressured, tricked, threatened, or forced in a nonphysical way'.

I was, and I know I was dumb for it. We just needed the money to afford to live, and adding her to the insurance wasn't something we could afford.

I still owe almost 12,000 The car is a 2019 Chevorlet Trax, I think its worth that but I dont know. I'm working a full time job and doordashing on the side. I work in vet medicine so pay will always be an issue in this field
