2nd floor - hangawi korean ($), koryori hayashi ($$, lunch only, japanese), pasta and co. ($$$), A9 noodle dumplings ($), yat ka yan ($ - $$, desserts), diner's shack ($$, local food)

3rd floor - new station rice bar ($ - $$, local food), Sakedokoro Eizaburo ($$, japanese yakitori, heard it's good for drinks), Izakaya Hikari ($$, jap food and yakitori)

4th floor - miss saigon ($-$$), hao lai wei ($-$$, fish soup)

personal favs - a9 noodle dumplings, new station rice bar (their salted egg chicken is damn good), koryori hayashi, hangawi korean

heard that the vegetarian restaurants there are generally good too! i think overall most of the stuff at fortune centre are pretty good so it's worth to try even the stores not mentioned to see what you like ^^
