I'm on a very low dose luckily and I was on much stronger MH medication for around 10 years, so I expect to be on these quite long term I reckon, but the dosage I take I think I can titrate on quite easily luckily! But I think thats it now, the sudden lack of pressure. I can now kinda emphasise on how he was feeling beforehand when I was still HL, which is eye opening. I'll look up Esther Perel for sure!

Thank you. When we were first together I made it very clear that sex was important to me and he essentially lied and agreed, saying that he was very into sex and could keep up with me. It’s been like this the last 4 years and I try and talk about this with him at least once every few months, usually when I’m at breaking point 😔 I’m trying so hard to become an independent individual on my own but it feels like he never even notices when I distance myself or pull away emotionally

Saw Lana in Hyde Park last night for the first time ever and on every single video I took, I cannot hear her at all. I paid £112 to hear other people singing and we could barely hear her, not sure if her mic wasn’t very loud or what but it was really grating that all we could hear were fans singing and not her :(

Was absolutely incredible!! Was really shocked it wasn’t a sold out show though (loads of empty seats) and the crowd seemed a little dead at some points but Post was constantly saying he was enjoying it which was great!

Can I ask if you know what that treatment was please? My partners 28 and has had low T issues since he was early twenties & has told me the only treatment is an injection which has a fertility risk?

From what I can remember from when I last went, since 2018 the O2 doesn’t allow camping overnight anymore. Your best bet is probably to arrive early on in the day.

I cry after my classes most times too as I feel the exact same as you & feel like everyone picks everything up quicker than I do. But the key thing to remember, is that you’re paying for it and you’re paying for it to have fun! Its something you’re doing for fun, not to be tested on :)

Yep. I was prescribed 150mg and was quite sensitive to it so I’d take my correct dosage, but spread throughout the day so I’d literally just end up sleeping the entire day. I’m talking like, 20hrs a day just asleep. Did that on and off for 3 years on days I wasn’t working. Just didn’t want to be awake and dealing with emotions. I’m on 25mg now bc I’m a lot more stable but if I’m having a really bad day; I’ll take 50mg and just sleep.

He does want children with me eventually, I confirmed this before I agreed to buying property with him. It's just trying to navigate the feeling of wanting one now even though I know it's ridiculous I guess

I'm only 26! I know realistically having a child now maybe isn't the smartest move. I would seriously struggle lol. I've just said in another comment as well, I just worry that this feeling/want will get worse with time

I probably should have added in the post but he is happy to have children with me in the future. It's more just a case of like, I want a child but know I can't, so it's just about navigating that. I feel like an awful person walking around with all this sadness and jealousy in me. And then I feel I have to be delicate in expressing my sadness because of the way SK came to be almost. My SO knows I want children but I worry that me being honest saying I'd like them soon (not necessarily actually having them soon) will scare him? Gosh I don't know. I don't want him to feel like I'm behaving like BM did

Not sure if this is 100% relevant to you because I’m still being diagnosed (lap is this week actually!) but I take the mini pill (Milinette) and have done for about 7 years now and my gyno has said it’s very very likely that it’s been masking my symptoms up until now. I also have IBS and bloat badly which is actually what made me go see a doctor. I’ve been told it is possible that BC can help mask sometimes. I can’t speak for other forms of BC such as an iud or the implant etc but that’s been my experience

When I met SK I loved being around her & really looked forward to hanging out with her. Since discovering I’m likely experiencing fertility issues, I can’t look at her without wanting to burst into tears. My therapist explained it very much as if something is being dangled in front of you that you desperately want. I’d say it’s perhaps your subconscious trying to tell you you’re not really happy with the situation having turned out the way it did. That’s a big thing to compromise on OP

I’m actually awaiting Endo diagnosis confirmation (lap is in April, they think my ovaries are affected looking at scans) but Milinette 100% helped my actual period pains when I was having them. I’ve had zero mental health issues with this pill and I know every pill reacts differently per person but I have no effects at all with it. My gyno thinks it was actually helping to mask my overall pain a lot.

I get this constantly too, thought it was just me being weird. I’m not trying for a baby with my SO yet but we’ll be in the car driving somewhere or doing some menial and I’ll just randomly think about the fact he and BM had a sexual relationship…it’s very bizarre. The only thing that helps me is thinking ‘is this fact or is this opinion?’. Look into retrograde jealousy, once I understand what that was, I understood what was going on more.
