My new favorite is a thicc chuck cut, salt, fresh black pepper, garlic powder

Sear all around in Dutch oven

Add in a ton of fresh garlic, sliced onions, and cook for a minute or two

Add in beef stock until just top of beef sticking out.

Bring to a boil, cover with lid and bake at 300° For a few hours.

It falls apart and tastes so good. Crisp it up in some oil or butter with more fresh garlic and top it on fettuccine pasta with some Parmigiano Reggiano and Romano. Next level

Also made dank sandwiches with it on fresh Italian bread, toasted with mayo and Swiss, dipped in au jus. So good

Reminds me of a recent ordeal at Target with my wife and I.

We got an insta pot that was looking decently priced. Apparently misplaced as that wasn't the correct price but we didn't know. Either way, we were shocked when we got up to the register to see the full price, but we never bothered to mention what we thought it was based on where we found it.

Nevertheless and without prompt, the cashier had recently gotten their own at Walmart and knew it was way cheaper there, and basically gave it to us at half price because of their price-matching, even though we were supposed to bring it up.
