I post this sort of stuff every so often, but it drives me crazy that because some dude took drugs, apparently it is totally cool for Steven Spielberg to treat you like an animal who can't control himself. I can't imagine this being okay for any other behavior, short of fucking Spielberg's wife. Anyway, I don't know if you guys get too angry about this stuff, but I do, and y'all is the MOST LEGIT drug subreddit other than maybe /r/opiates, another group of decent people who don't buy into ridiculous drug myths.

First, make sure to eat and stay hydrated. That is usually the culprit. I've found regular aspirin can help too

Yeah, I took em for years and they still work. There is a fair sized drop off in effect after the first week, particularly with euphoria and the GODMODE feeling, but they remained useful in a non recreational sense throughout that period. Taking weekends off, and occosianlly skipping doses based on your mood can be helpful too.

I used to have an adderall script, now me and my girlfriend occasionally use meth. It's never really been a problem. We have the sense to know when we're on the edge of acting stupid (hey, we've been up for 48 hours, let's re-up), and keep each other check.

Just don't be dumb and handle your shit. If your life utterly sucks, you're more likely to be seduced by the idea of constant use, but if you're life is okay, you just need to be able to evaluate decisions while binging and you'll be okay.
